Allergen Free Corner – more than just a salad

We know many people manage different allergies and have questions about our menu options. We take every precaution to eliminate cross contamination of allergens, however, by letting us know of your allergy we can be hyperaware. Together, we can make your dining experience memorable – in a good way!

Let me answer a few FAQ:

  • Every sandwich has the option of Gluten Free Bread
  • We offer a Gluten Free/Vegan Wrap
  • Our Vegan Burger comes on a Gluten Free, Vegan Sweet Potato Flatbread
  • When cooking vegan or gluten free items, we use a portion of the griddle designated for those items.
  • We have a special toaster just for Gluten Free bread
  • Our fries are Gluten Free but please let us know if you have an allergy to gluten. That way they are completely separate from the onion rings and we do not cross contaminate.
  • We prepare your Gluten Free items on their own plate, not the cutting board used for bread.
  • We change gloves frequently
  • We DO use peanut butter, pecans, and peanuts in this kitchen, however, we take every precaution to not cross contaminate. Please inform us if you have a nut allergy.
  • Gluten Free brownies are offered in the dessert case (unless someone has bought them all for the day!)
  • Occasionally, I will have a vegan dessert in the case. If you know you are coming in, and would like a vegan option for a dessert, give me a call or email! If I am able to, I’ll make a dessert that day that fits your meal plan. I cannot promise I’ll have time, but I will try!
